I have always had a deep admiration for actors, which grows daily as we continue building the MONA community. I’m not an actor myself, but I completely see the versatility and brilliance they bring to every role - whether on stage, on screen, or, as we are seeing with our clients, in their ability to continuously command customers across all the sectors we support.
My background is in recruitment within the finance sector, placing senior management individuals. But recruitment is not just about matching experience; it’s also about pairing personalities - and that’s the part I enjoy most.

I graduated from RADA back in 2017 and created MONA to help fix the very problem I was facing: finding flexible, well paid work that fitted around my acting! I have performed many roles in my career... some on the big screen, West End and Broadway... but others include Waitress, Bartender, Host, Brand Ambassador, Kids Entertainer, and many, many more..! I am passionate about growing our community with workshops, networking nights, Q&A’s, so that we are all not only financially stable but artistically fed! As I say... If I didn't run MONA, I would join it!

I jumped into the acting world in London straight out of school with a passion for storytelling. What I came to realise is that I, and many young actors like myself, don’t quite know what they are signing up for! Yes, we love acting and being a part of productions, but what about all the other stuff that comes with being an actor, that we don’t spend much time thinking about? Well, it’s all part of it, and the sooner we as actors come to realise that, and put good systems in place, the better for our acting careers. It all needs to flow together nicely. That’s why I’m one of the Co-Founders of MONA - I’ve lived it, I know and feel the need for it, and we know that when this vision is fully realised, it will change the trajectories of people’s careers and lives! It already has.
